Each letter is posted in its own envelope and has to make it’s own way though the postal system. It is a common occurrence that letters from the same order may be separated on their postal journey and delivered on different days. This is a common issue and beyond any control. Current delivery times are approx 7 to 8 days for 2nd class mail and 2-3 days for 1st class mail. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting about missing letters.
